Rules & Regulations (नियम एवं विनियम)
DAV PG College, Azamgarh, being a government-aided institution, functions under the guidelines of its affiliating university, the UGC, and the Government. All students, faculty, and staff are required to strictly adhere to its rules and regulations. Admissions are granted on the basis of merit or entrance examinations, as per prescribed norms, along with applicable reservation policies. Submission of authentic documents is mandatory.
Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible for examinations and scholarships, Examination are conducted in accordance with university rules, with a strict prohibition on unfair means. Discipline, proper conduct, and possession of a valid ID card are compulsory within the campus. Ragging or any form of misconduct is strictly prohibited.
The college reserves the right to use and process the personal information provided by students at any time for academic, administrative, and official purposes, in accordance with applicable regulations. Students shall not damage any public property of the college. Bringing weapons or any hazardous items onto the campus is strictly prohibited.
Students shall not engage in any form of intoxication, including alcohol, drugs, or tobacco, within the campus. Fees must be paid on time as per institutional norms. Violation of any rule or consent erlier given by the student may result in penalties, including warnings, fines, suspension, or expulsion. The college administration reserves the right to amend these regulations as required to maintain academic excellence, discipline, and transparency.
